"When I met with my salesman, Joe, I explained that I had never owned a boat before. Joe devoted a lot of time with me to understand what I wanted to use my boat and what comforts and capabilites I might want to consider as well as general maitenance and use do's and don'ts. After letting Joe and the Manager know what my budget was for a boat, they absolutely amazed me by providing me not only a much nicer Lund than I had expected to be able to afford, but upgraded comforts and accessories within my budget. After the sale, they had a representative travel the 1.5 hour drive to the Tri-Cities to resolve a question/concern I had. That quality of salesmanship and after-the-sale support is very very rare these days."
